Mahesh Babu Biography: Mahesh Ghattamaneni gave birth to Mahesh Babu on August 9, 1975. He is a Telugu film actor, producer, media personality, and philanthropist from India. G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment Pvt. is his property. Mahesh, the youngest child of legendary Telugu actor Krishna, first featured in a film as a child artist in Needa (1979) when he was four years old. Since then, he has made eight additional child artist appearances. He made his acting debut in Rajakumarudu (1999), for which he received the State Nandi Award for a best male debut.

In Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, Mahesh was born. He is the fourth of actor Telugu Krishna and Indira’s five children, following Priyadarshini, Padmavathi, Manjula Swaroop, and Ghattamaneni Ramesh Babu. Mahesh was raised by her maternal grandmother Durgamma and the rest of her family in Chennai for most of her formative years.
