Cengiz made his acting debut in the 2012 Turkish historical activity film Fetih 1453, which was directed by Faruk Aksoy and written by Servet Aksoy, Ayşe German, and Faruk Aksoy. Devrim Evin, Ibrahim elikkol, and Dilek Serbest play the main characters in the movie, which is based on events surrounding the Ottoman Turks’ conquest of Constantinople under Sultan Mehmed II.
